The annual elections of the Debts Recovery Tribunal Bar Association (DRTBA), Chandigarh, were conducted on February 28, 2025, as per the schedule issued by the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana. The newly elected office bearers of the association are:
President: K.P.S. Dhillon (Elected for the 4th time). Vice President: Sumeet Sehgal , Secretary: Monika Sharma Treasurer: Gaurav Thakur
The DRT Bar Association plays a crucial role in legal proceedings related to debt recovery, covering a vast jurisdiction that includes Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh (UT), Leh & Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Punjab.
