In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Ms. Sita Devi, Dy. SP DCC, and the team headed by Sh. Sher Singh, Inspector/Incharge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest proclaimed offenders/absconders.

Police said, one PO namely Rehan Singh S/o Sunder Singh R/o A6 Block, Flat No.1101, 11th Floor, Maya Garden, Zirakpur, Punjab has been arrested in case registered U/s 138 NI Act NACT/1053/22. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms.Ramandeep Kaur, JMIC, Chandigarh.

One PO namely Satwant Singh S/o Faqir Singh R/o House no. 3322 New Sunny Enclave Sector 125 kharar Mohali Punjab has been arrested in case registered U/s 138 NI Act (ICMS/2025/001974, ICMS/2025/002431, ICMS 2025/002904, ICMS 2025/001978, ICMS 2025/001977, ICMS 2025/001975). The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms.Gurdeep Kaur JMIC, Chandigarh.

In an other case PO namely Gurdeep Singh S/o Late Ranjit Singh, R/o Jakar Majra, Mohali, Punjab has been arrested in case registered U/s 138 NI Act NACT/13259/22. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms.Gurdeep Kaur JMIC, Chandigarh.
