FATEHABAD SESSION COURT SENTENCED 10 YEARS IMPRISONMENT TO TWO ACCUSED SNATCHING CASH AND MOBILE AT KNIFE POINT

District and Sessions Judge Deepak Agarwal has sentenced the two convicts to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of 25 thousand rupees each for snatching cash and mobile phones worth 10 thousand rupees at knife point.

Mr. Arun Bansal appeared for the prosecution in the court., said that on 27 January 2024, the city police station had registered a case under section 379B and 34 of the IPC on the complaint of Baljindra Singh, a resident of Adarsh Colony. In the complaint given to the police, Baljindra Singh said that on January 26, 2024, he was sitting in his car near the Red Star Hotel located on Ratia Road, when two unknown youths came from Link Damkara Road and snatched Rs 10,000 cash and mobile phone from him  at knife point.

During the investigation, the police arrested Vikas alias Billa and Bindra, residents of Ravidas Mohalla Tohana, in this case. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court convicted the accused Vikas alias Billa and Bindra.
