Chandimandir Command Hospital Western Command has reaffirmed its position as a leading tertiary care hospital in the Armed Forces by securing the runners-up award for the All-Round Best Tertiary Care Hospital of the Armed Forces in the country. Notably, Command Hospital Chandimandir was earlier conferred with the 'Best Emerging Organ Retrieval Centre' award by the Government of India, showcasing its expertise in organ transplantation and retrieval.
The prestigious award was received by Major Gen Matthews Jacob, Director & Commandant Command Hospitals Western Command, along with his team, from Defence Minister Rajnath Singh at a ceremony held at Army Hospital (R&R) in New Delhi.
