During the investigation, accused Sakeel Ahmed was arrested.
In another case FIR No 40 U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Satish Kumar R/O # 1595, Sector 7 Chandigarh against Harmanpreet Singh R/o # SCO NO. 129-130 First Floor Sector 17/C Chandigarh who cheated the complainant for Rs. 8,15,000/- to send him Abroad.
A Case FIR No 51 U/S 409, 420 IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 39 Chandigarh on the complaint of Satyam Singh R/O Village Sardman, District Mauganj (MP) against Harvinder Singh owner of Harvie overseas, SCO No. 68, Sector – 40/C Chandigarh who cheated with complainant for Rs.1,25,000/- for send him Abroad. Investigation of this case is in progress.
