NCC CHANDIGARH GROUP COMMANDER CALLS UPON THE CADETS TO STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE

“Excellence and discipline are the hallmarks of success, and the cadets must continue striving for these values,” This was urged by Brigadier V.S. Chauhan, Group Commander of NCC Chandigarh Group, while addressing 60 NCC cadets at Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College (GGDSD) in Sector 32, Chandigarh. This visit marked a significant milestone in the college's NCC training and activities, with Brigadier Chauhan being accorded the honor of Guard of Honor.

The Group Commander's address emphasized the pivotal role of NCC in nation-building and shaping responsible future citizens. He lauded the cadets' commitment and encouraged them to maintain high standards of performance. This visit follows the Chandigarh NCC Group's recent achievement of securing the top position in the Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh region.

During his visit, Brigadier Chauhan interacted with college authorities, including Principal Dr. Ajay and Associate NCC Officers Maj Varinder and Lt Ritika Sinha. The ANOs provided a detailed briefing on the institution's notable achievements and ongoing initiatives in NCC training and activities.
