INTELLECTUAL SESSION ON “ONE NATION, ONE ELECTION” HELD AT PGGC-42, CHANDIGARH

An impactful and thought-provoking intellectual session on the theme “One Nation, One Election” was successfully organized at Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 42, Chandigarh. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, legal luminaries, and distinguished dignitaries, reflecting a collective commitment to strengthening democratic processes in India.

(SUBHEAD)The session was graced by the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Member of Parliament from Hamirpur and former Union Minister Shri Anurag Thakur, alongside Shri Lekhraj Sharma, Chandigarh Incharge for One Nation One Election (ONOE). Their enlightening addresses emphasized the need for synchronized elections as a transformative step towards governance efficiency, fiscal prudence, and enhanced democratic stability.
