Fugitive Diamond Trader Mehul Choksi Main accused in Punjab National Bank Multicrore Scam, arrestedd from Belgium, where he went for for treatment.
He wss arrested on April 11 on arrest warrant of Mumbai Court. ED had confiscated his illegal properties in Mumbai.
This action has been taken on the request of ED and CBI. Chaurasia can be brought to India soon. Mumbai court had issued arrest warrants on May 23, 2018 and June 15, 2021.
