Amit Bhardwaj of Surjakheda village of the district will be honored in the international conference organised jointly by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Government of India and Yelopua University. Giving information about the program, Amit said that the Ministry of Youth and Sports will organise a two-day International Icon Youth Conference at Yelopua University in which Amit has been selected as a youth icon and he will lead Chandigarh in this conference.
An international delegation will also be present in this two-day conference.
It is worth mentioning that Amit has earlier brought laurels to the district and the region at the national level many times. Amit has many honours at the national and state level. Amit has also been honoured by the Governor of Haryana and for his remarkable work in NSS, he has also been honoured with the State National Service Scheme Award. Amit has been running an organisation called Youth Socialgram Foundation for the last 4 years and has been inspiring thousands of youths from across the nation for social service.
On this occasion, Amit said that it is a proud moment for me that I have been selected as a youth icon for the international conference. On this occasion, the family, colleagues and others expressed special gratitude to NSS State Contact Officer Chandigarh Dr Nemichand Goliya and said that his guidance inspires them for social service. On this occasion, Amit's family is filled with happiness. His father Satbir Sharma said that Amit has been active in social service for the last many years.
