Raj Sadosh/Abohar.
The regulatory daily routines, stress, depression, poor diet, and lack of self-care are all factors that contribute to the rapid increase in heart disease. Staying up and waking up late are habits that are contributing to the spread of heart disease in the country. These views were expressed by Dr. Satish Gupta, senior cardiologist and director of the 3D Healthcare (Dilwala) program. He was speaking at a six-day program for heart patients organized by the Brahmakumaris at Abu Road.
He said that in the past, people were only at risk of heart disease after reaching a certain age. But with changes in lifestyle and living habits, this age limit no longer exists. Now, anyone can suffer from this disease, from children to the elderly. It’s important that we stay aware of our health. We should avoid habits that could lead to such diseases. Go to bed and wake up at regular times, maintain a positive mindset, and be cautious about stress and depression. Also practice Rajyoga meditation and maintain a healthy diet.
B.K. Karuna Bhai, the Secretary-General of the Brahmakumaris, said that when we consider ourselves as souls, it leads to the development of spiritual strength in our lives. This, in turn, helps to cultivate positive qualities within the soul. Therefore, it’s important to keep our lives connected to this spiritual process. On this occasion, Dr. Pratap Midha, the Medical Director and Managing Director of Global Hospital, said that when we are careless about ourselves, we invite various diseases into our lives. So, it’s essential to always be honest with ourselves. Rashmi, the Executive Managing Director of Global Hospital, B.K. Bala Bhai, and Yugratan Bhai were also present at the event.
