BJP LEGAL CELL ORGANISES FOURTH ‘NYAY PARAMARSH KENDRA’ UNDER SEVA PAKHWADA TO PROVIDE FREE LEGAL CONSULTATION TO THE NEEDY

The State BJP Legal Cell, Chandigarh, organised the fourth ‘Nyay Paramarsh Kendra’ to provide free legal consultation and guidance to needy and underprivileged people. The initiative is being carried out under Seva Pakhwada, marking 25 years of selfless service to the nation in the role of head of government.

The Nyay Paramarsh Kendra is organised every Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering free legal advice to people who may not have the financial means to seek professional legal assistance. The initiative has been receiving a positive response, with many needy people participating and benefiting from the legal guidance provided by experienced advocates.

This Friday, a team of five advocates extended their services under the leadership of Advocate Ranjan Lohan, Convenor of the BJP Legal Cell, Chandigarh. The team included Advocate Raman B. Garg, Advocate Varun Baanth, Advocate Sanjeev K. Patiyal, Advocate Gagan Aggarwal and Advocate Ajay Sharma. The advocates interacted with visitors, listened to their legal concerns and provided appropriate guidance and advice, helping them understand possible legal remedies.

Speaking on the occasion, Advocate Ranjan Lohan, Convenor of the BJP Legal Cell, Chandigarh, stated that the Nyay Paramarsh Kendra is a meaningful initiative aimed at ensuring that legal guidance is accessible to every section of society, particularly those who cannot afford costly legal consultations. He further announced that the initiative would continue as a permanent and regular feature, with the objective of serving the needy and spreading legal awareness among the public.

The BJP Legal Cell reiterated its commitment to public welfare and social service through such initiatives, ensuring that people in need receive timely legal guidance and support.
