CBI CONDUCTS RAID AT ABOHAR DE-ADDICTION CENTER

Raj Sadosh/Abohar.

Following investigation into murder of an anti-drug activist in Mansa, a CBI team late night also raided a private drug de-addiction center on Sitto Gunno Road in Abohar. The CBI’s investigation continued till 10 am this morning.

According to the information, late at night the CBI team reached the de-addiction center in two-three vehicles. Commandos were present along with them, who locked the gates of the hospital as soon as they reached the said hospital. When the journalists reached the spot and inquired about this, the cops refused to give any information.

It is said that in this intensive investigation, which lasted for almost 12 hours, the CBI team searched the entire records of the hospital and also checked all the types of medicines given here.

Abohar Chemists Association has already announced that if any medicine shop operator is found selling prohibited medicines in any way, the association will not support him.
