Police reported to ohave arrested one accused namely Subham S/O Virender R/O #431 GF, Vill Burail Sector 45 , Chandigarh Age-21 yearsi n Case FIR No 145 dated 18.09.2026 U/S 21 NDPS Act Police Station sector 34 Chandigarh and 06.36 GRAMS HEROIN was recovered from him.
The present case has been registered on the complaint of SI Suresh Kumar1296/CHG in which he mentioned that on dated 18.09.2026 at about 03.50 PM during patrolling when he along with police party reached near Petrol pump C/D turn sector 46, Chandigarh.They apprehended one suspected person on being asked, the apprehended person disclosed his name and address as Subham S/O Virender R/O #431 GF, Vill Burail Sector 45, Chandigarh Age-21 years and During checking 6.36-gram Heroin contraband was recovered from his possession. In this regard above said case has been registered against Subham S/O Virender U/S21 NDPS Act at Police Station 34 and the recovered heroin was taken into police possession vide seizure memo.
Recovery from accused:- 06.36 grams heroin He is also involved in one FIR dated 01.01.2026U/S 25/54/59 Arms Act, 355 The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 PS-34 Chandigarh. The accused Subham S/O Virenderproduced before the Duty Magistrate and sent to judicial custody.
