CHANDIGARH POLICE BOOKED TUSHAR ARORA DUPING 1.30 CRORES

A case FIR No. 55 U/S 318(3) BNS has been registered in Police Station Industry Area Chandigarh on the complaint of Ved Parkash Goyal R/o # 3137, Sector-21/D Chandigarh against Tushar Arora R/o # 1060, Sector-38/W Chandigarh who cheated with complainant approx. 1304552/- regarding receiving order & collect payment from various shopkeepers. Rajesh Arora accepted payment both in cash and UPI payment for goods supplied by the complainant’s firm.

On 05-12-2025 the said Rajesh Arora passed away.

The complainant directed another employee to collect the outstanding dues. During this process, Accused Tushar Arora s/o Rajesh Arora has withdrawn all the amounts of the complainant which was lying in the bank accounts of Rajesh Arora illegally by forging his signature or through electronic modes. Investigation of this case is in progress.
