CHEATERS ON PAROLE IN CHANDIGARH, IMMIGRATION FRAUDSTERS BOOKED

A Case FIR No. 57 u/s 406, 420, 120-B IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station Sector-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Balbir Singh R/o Village Mandola, District Kurukshetra (HR) against Mandeep, Gagandeep, Navdeep, Gurleen and Karamvir of Visa Support Services Pvt. Ltd., SCO No. 181-182, 2nd Floor, Sector-17/C, Chandigarh. The complainant alleged that the accused cheated him of Rs. 9,46,000/- on the pretext of arranging a visa. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 58 u/s 406, 420, 120-B IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station Sector-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ashwani Kumar R/o VPO Sangroli, District Kaithal (HR) against Simarjeet, Gulshan Tyagi and others of Fly Out Immigration, SCO No. 23-24, 2nd Floor, Sector-17, Chandigarh. The accused allegedly cheated the complainant of Rs. 23,90,000/- regarding visa processing. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 59 u/s 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station Sector-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sarvjit Singh R/o Ward No. 05, Nagar Panchayat Mehatpur Badshera, District Una (HP) against Akshay Verma, proprietor of M/s Visa Vibes Immigration, SCO No. 73-75, 2nd Floor, Sector-17/D, Chandigarh, Harman Kaur and others. The accused allegedly cheated the complainant of Rs. 6,77,030/- on the pretext of visa services. Investigation of the case is in progress and no arrest has been made so far.

A Case FIR No. 60 u/s 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station Sector-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ankush Panchal R/o 5/A, Vikas Colony, Meerut Road, Karnal (HR) against Akshay Verma, Harman Kaur, Sahil Khan, Manoj Kumar and others of M/s Visa Vibes Immigration, SCO No. 73-75, 2nd Floor, Sector-17/D, Chandigarh. The accused allegedly cheated the complainant of Rs. 7,75,300/- regarding visa processing. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 61 u/s 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station Sector-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Nirmal Singh R/o VPO Raowali, District Jalandhar (PB) against Anubhav Garg @ Anshu and others of Asian Manpower Employment Services, SCO No. 60-61, 2nd Floor, Sector-17/D, Chandigarh. The accused allegedly cheated the complainant of Rs. 9,05,000/- on the pretext of arranging a visa. Investigation of the case is in progress.
