CIVIL HOSPITAL PANCHKULA HOSTS RELEASE OF ‘MOUTH MATTERS: AN ORAL WELLNESS GUIDE’

A book titled “Mouth Matters: An Oral Wellness Guide”, authored by Dr Pankaj Shourie, MDS, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, was released at Civil Hospital, Panchkula, by Dr RS Chauhan, PMO, Civil Hospital, Panchkula.

The book highlights the importance of oral health as an integral part of overall health and provides practical, easy-to-understand guidance on maintaining oral hygiene, preventing dental diseases, recognising common oral health problems and seeking timely dental care.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr RS Chauhan, PMO, appreciated the initiative and emphasised that good oral health is an essential component of general health and well-being. He congratulated Dr Pankaj Shourie for his contribution towards creating greater public awareness about oral healthcare.

Dr Shourie said that through Mouth Matters, his aim is to bridge the gap between dental professionals and the community and encourage people to take greater responsibility for their oral health.

The programme was attended by doctors, dental professionals and hospital staff, who appreciated the initiative to promote the message of “Oral Health for Better Overall Health.”
