To mark National Sports Day 2026, a large-scale youth engagement event titled “Khelo India Dialogue – Khel Ki Baat, Pradhan Mantri Modi Ke Saath” will take place on August 27 at 11 am throughout India. The initiative aims to bring together young people, athletes and educational institutions in an effort to foster dialogue on the future of the country’s sports and youth ecosystem.
This program is being organized by DAV College Abohar in which students of all the educational institutions of the district will connect with the Prime Minister through online medium and will also be able to get their curiosities resolved by asking him questions on various subjects.
Principal Dr Rajesh Kumar Mahajan said that it is a matter of pride for the college that this institution has been selected for the Youth Connect programme. The college has always been protecting the interests of the students. By becoming a good citizen, the students should contribute positively to the society and family.
