Dr Vivek Puri, Associate Professor at the Chitkara School of Pharmacy, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, has once again achieved a prestigious global research distinction by being recognised among the world’s top 2% scientists in 2026, according to the Stanford University-associated global ranking of highly cited scientists.
This achievement marks the second consecutive year that Dr Puri has received this global recognition, following his inclusion in the 2025 list as well.
