The 43rd District Rotaract Assembly of Rotary International District 3080 was organized in Chandigarh. Over 250 Rotaractors and Rotarians participated in the assembly. The primary objective of the event was to strengthen youth leadership while promoting community service, social engagement, and positive change at the grassroots level.

District Governor Rotarian Dr. Reeta Kalra was present as the chief guest at the event. Joining her as distinguished guests were DGE MP Gupta, Past President Rotarian Mohit Singla, and Past President Rotarian Atul Tangri. The guests inspired the Rotaractors to fulfill their responsibility towards society, expand service activities, and further strengthen Rotary-Rotaract collaboration.

Several key district-level initiatives were launched at the assembly for the upcoming term. These include creating a District Rotaract Directory, implementing annual work plans and community service projects, launching an official District Rotaract Podcast, strengthening media and communication channels, and launching District Signature Community Service Projects.

With community service placed at the highest priority for the upcoming term, Rotaract clubs will be encouraged to identify local needs and launch meaningful, sustainable, and impactful projects. Special focus will be placed on healthcare services, blood donation, education and literacy, environmental protection, women and child welfare, sanitation, community development, disaster relief, and assistance to underprivileged sections.

The assembly emphasized that Rotaract should not be limited merely to meetings and events, but rather serve as a medium to address real community issues. The objective is to build a service-centric Rotaract movement where every club serves with purpose, and every project leaves a direct, lasting impact on society.

The event provided a platform for Rotaractors across District 3080 for mutual dialogue, collaboration, and a shared vision. Along with fellowship, discussions were held on strengthening youth leadership and social responsibility.
The success of the assembly was the result of dedicated efforts by DRR Rotaract Purandhi Gupta, District Rotaract Secretaries Rotaract Rishabh, Rotaract Chirag Mehta, Rotaract Sapan Chauhan, Rotaract Aman Garg, and the entire District Rotaract organization. According to the organizers, collective effort and better coordination laid a strong foundation for a united, service-focused, and impactful action plan for the upcoming term.

The 43rd District Rotaract Assembly concluded with a pledge to deliver “more service, better service, and service to those in need,” alongside a call to advance youth leadership to bring lasting, positive change across various communities in District 3080.
