KARAN GILHOTRA ATTENDS THE SWEARING-IN CEREMONY OF CJ ASHWANI KUMAR MISHRA

Karan Gilhotra, Punjab Chairman of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, participated in the swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra. Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, Governor Ashim Ghosh, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini along with many senior judges and dignitaries from Punjab and Haryana High Court and neighbouring states were present in the ceremony organized at Punjab Lok Bhawan, Chandigarh.

During the ceremony, Karan Gilhotra met Chief Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra and congratulated him on assuming charge and extended best wishes for a successful tenure.

Gilhotra said that under the able leadership of Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra, the Punjab and Haryana High Court will set new standards in the field of justice, excellence and public service. He expressed confidence that under his leadership the High Court will achieve new achievements and important steps will be taken towards providing timely and effective justice to the common people.
