NEW TEAM OF CHAMBER OF CHANDIGARH INDUSTRIES ELECTED, SURINDER GUPTA BECOMES PRESIDENT

The Annual General Meeting of the Chamber of Chandigarh Industries (CCI) was held, during which a new executive body was unanimously elected. Surinder Gupta was elected as President, while Arun Goyal was chosen as General Secretary. Naveen Mangalani was appointed Vice President, Sunil Aggarwal as Joint Secretary, and Rakesh Mittal as Finance Secretary. The names of these office bearers were proposed and approved by the 13 members present at the meeting.

During the meeting, members conducted a detailed review of the issues raised before various authorities over the past year and the progress made in resolving them. Discussions were also held regarding electricity bills issued by Chandigarh Power Distribution Limited (CPDL).

Newly elected President Surinder Gupta expressed gratitude to the members for their trust and assured that the chamber would continue working towards the growth of industries and timely resolution of trade-related issues. Several key matters concerning the industrial sector were also deliberated upon, along with discussions on future strategies.
