PU STUDENT MANAS PRABHU SECURES ALL INDIA RANK 1 IN NIPER JEE-2026

Manas Prabhu, a final-year B.Pharm student of the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS), Punjab University, Chandigarh, has brought laurels to the university and the city by securing All India Rank 1 in the prestigious NIPER JEE-2026 examination.

This remarkable achievement is considered a matter of great pride for the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Earlier this year, Manas had also demonstrated his academic excellence by securing All India Rank 8 in the GPAT-2026 examination. Throughout his four-year B.Pharm program, he has earned recognition as an outstanding and all-round student.

Expressing their happiness over this significant accomplishment, Manas’s father, environmental activist Prabhunath Shahi, and his mother Reema Prabhu thanked God and conveyed their gratitude to all well-wishers, teachers, and supporters. They stated that Manas has consistently excelled in academics since childhood and that this achievement is the result of his hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Speaking about his future plans, Manas Prabhu said that he intends to pursue a Master’s degree in Pharmacology.

He added that he hopes to utilize his knowledge and research in the service of society and contribute to public welfare in the years ahead. Faculty members, fellow students, and various social organizations have congratulated Manas on this outstanding achievement and wished him continued success in his future endeavors.
