STOLEN GOLD AND SILVER ORNAMENTS, TWO-WHEELERS RECOVERED

Under a special campaign against the suspects involved in thefts and robberies, the team of police station City Fazila has arrested 1 accused and recovered 4 stolen assets. Similarly, police station Vairoke arrested a person and recovered about 3 tolas, 3 grams of gold ornaments and 23 tolas of silver ornaments from him.

Satinder Kumar SP (Investigation) said that on 6th August, Baldev Singh resident of Chak Arniwala alias Katia informed the Vairoke police station that some time ago gold was stolen from his house, after which he started monitoring. Later, his son told that Manga Singh of his village came to his house and took away something. On which Baldev Singh inspected his house, he came to know that the silver inside the house was also stolen. Based on his statement, a case under Sections 331(3), 305 BNS was registered against Manga Singh. During the investigation, the accused was arrested and one gold chain weighing about 3 tolas and 1 gold amulet weighing about 3.5 grams and about 23 tolas of silver, including bangles, chains, lockets, pajeb and bracelets, have been recovered from him. The accused is being interrogated more thoroughly.  

Similarly, ASI Jagdish Singh along with the police party had blockaded Badha T-Point Fazilka. Vijay Singh resident of Guru Karam Singh Basti Guru Har Sahai was asked for Activa documents, but he could not submit any documents. On being interrogated, he admitted that he had stolen this Activa from Basti Hazur Singh Fazilka a few days ago and was going to sell it today. Against whom a case under Sections 303(2), 317(2) BNS was registered at Fazilka. During the investigation, 3 more stolen Activas were recovered from the accused.
