The Haryana Sports Welfare Association (Registered) will be organizing the first Mera Haryana Cup All India Girls Volleyball Cash Prize Tournament on 10th to 11th October at the Neta ji Subhash Chander Bose Stadium , Volleyball Courts, Palwal , Haryana. Founder General Secretary, Haryana Sports Welfare Association (Registered), Amarjit Kumar, and International Volleyball Coach and Joint Secretary, Subhash Chand, stated that this first All india Girls Volleyball Tournament is being organized in the name of Mera Haryana Cup. Top Twelve girls’ volleyball teams from the All india will participate.
The First All india Girls Volley ball Trophy will Unveil on 15th September at Press Club , Chandigarh on 15th September.. According to Amarjit t Kumar, the winning team will receive a cash prize of ₹.51,000 and a trophy, while the runner-up will receive a cash prize of ₹.31,000 and a trophy. The third-place team will receive a cash prize of ₹.21,000 and a trophy.
The Five best girls players of the tournament will also receive Individually Cash Prize of Rs.5 thousand each & Trophy.There is no entry fee for participating teams. The organizing committee will also provide free of cost Stay , food ,efreshments, lunch from 9th october to 11t october at Palwal , Haryana. According to Amarjit Kumar, Founder Secretary General of Haryana Sports Welfare Association (Registered), the main objective of this event is to organize a girls’ volleyball tournament under the “Beti Khilao” campaign, based on the theme of “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” (a social campaign of the Government of India aimed at increasing awareness about welfare services for girls and improving their efficiency).
