THE SACRED AND SPIRITUAL BEGINNING OF THE BARSANA PRAKAT UTSAV IN CHANDIGARH

The seven-day Srimad Bhagwat Katha of Pundrik Goswami has begin in Chandigarh with great fanfare. A large crowd of devotees gathered at the Radha Raman Pandal, who participated in large numbers to enjoy the Katha.

On this auspicious occasion, the Barsana Prakat Utsav also began, which was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the devotees. On this auspicious occasion, Pundrik Goswami’s mother herself came to listen to the Katha, and the enthusiasm of the children from the Nimai Pathshala was particularly evident. All devotees experienced a deep spiritual experience during this Katha.

Chandigarh MP Manish Tiwari also came to listen to the Katha today. Pundrik’s mother and his wife, Maiya Renuka, also came to listen to the Katha. Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria and Jaya Kishori will also arrive tomorrow.

The sacred and spiritual beginning of the Barsana Prakat Utsav in Chandigarh began with the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha. The Barsana Prakat Utsav Shri Radha Ras Bhagwat Katha will run from April 12th to April 18th.

Tejasvini Foundation founder Harsh Sharma extended his best wishes to the residents of the Tricity and encouraged everyone to be a part of this sacred Katha. The organizers also met with Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria today and extended an invitation to the Katha.

Vinod Sharma from Gauri Shankar Sevadal Gaushala, Chandigarh, urged the city residents to come in large numbers and benefit from the Katha. In particular, he urged the youth to cultivate their spiritual interests.

This seven-day spiritual program will continue until April 18th, and will be held daily from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Entry will be free for all devotees. Free langar service is also provided all seven days.

The Katha is being organized with devotion by Gauri Shankar Sevadal Gaushala, Sector 45, Chandigarh, and Tejaswini Foundation, Panchkula, with participation from several social and religious organizations across the Tricity.

Specially present today were Harsh Sharma, Vinod Sharma, Sunil Sharma, Rahul Mahajan, Rajneesh Sharma, Sumit Sharma, Ramesh Sharma, Ajay Gupta, Sunil Arora, Munish Bajaj, Tek Chand, Kamal Gupta, and children from Nimai Pathshala.
