NGO TAMMANA ORGANISES “YOGA UTSAV” BRINGING THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER FOR A MORNING OF WELLNESS AND HEALING

NGO Tammana successfully organised “Yoga Utsav”, its Event No. 178 at The Garden of Fragrance, Sector 36, Chandigarh, bringing together participants of all age groups for a morning dedicated to wellness, mindfulness and reconnecting with nature, making it an inclusive community wellness experience.

Sharing about the event, Isha Kakaria, Founder, NGO Tammana, said, The event was designed as an intimate wellness experience under the open sky, surrounded by greenery, where participants practised not just yoga, but meditation and other healing activities on the grass amidst trees and the calming sounds of birds. She further added,
“Yoga Utsav is our annual effort to create meaningful wellness experiences for the community, specially for the team that continues to serve unconditionally towards the well-being of society and the community.

NGO Tammana aims to encourage holistic well-being and the Event included practices like Yoga Asanas, Therapeutic Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Meditation (Sadhna), Sound Healing, Aura Cleansing, Barefoot Walking for Grounding & Earthing, Tree Hugging Therapy, Foot and Nostril Massage with Ghee and Affirmations.

Event SPOC Naveen Pabreja shared that the session was led by Dr. Manisha Sharma, Naturopath & Certified Yoga Facilitator who guided participants through the wellness practices and healing experiences.

A token of gratitude was then presented to the instructor, acknowledging her contribution and guidance in making the wellness session a meaningful experience for all participants.

The event concluded with healthy refreshments being served to all participants.
