VISHVAS FOUNDATION CELEBRATES ‘PITAMBAR DIWAS OF GURUDEV SHRI SWAMI VISHVAS JI WITH DEVOTION AND GREAT ENTHUSIASM.

Vishvas Foundation, Panchkula celebrated the sacred occasion of Pitambar Diwas marking a significant day in the life of Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas Ji—at Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur, with profound reverence, devotion, and great enthusiasm. Approximately 1,800 devotees from across the country participated in this spiritual gathering, expressing their deep faith and devotion toward Gurudev Shri. The entire atmosphere was imbued with a sense of spirituality, divine energy, and the glory of the Guru.

The event commenced with melodious devotional songs bhajans performed by young scholars Rishi Kumars and ascetics Sati Sadhvis. The devotional melodies filled the gathering with spiritual bliss. This was followed by the playing of an audio recording of a satsang spiritual discourse by Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas Ji, in which he inspired the attendees to delve into the depths of meditation and understand its true significance. Subsequently, Gurudev Shri sang the bhajan Kya Bataun Mujhe Kya Ho Gaya which further deepened the emotional and spiritual intensity of the gathering.

On this occasion, Sadhvi Neelima Vishvas, President of the Vishvas Foundation, explained that Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas Ji had donned the Pitambar attire on October 17, 2001. In sacred remembrance of this event, the Vishvas Foundation celebrates Pitambar Diwas every year on October 17 with great devotion and reverence. This day is dedicated to the spirit of surrender toward the Guru, devotion to the Guru, and the cultivation of spiritual consciousness. The organization made arrangements for the accommodation and meals of all those who traveled from outside the city.

Highlighting the importance of meditation, Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas Ji remarked that meditation offers individuals an opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of the external world and connect with their own inner selves. Regular meditation helps in calming a restless mind, fostering positivity in one’s thoughts, and cultivating patience, balance, and concentration in life. Meditation is not merely a process to quiet the mind; it is also a spiritual path toward self-discovery, introspection, and deepening one’s faith in the Divine. When an individual meditates with devotion and focus, qualities such as love, compassion, humility, and harmony blossom within them.
