The Haryana Women and Child Development Department has invited applications for State Level Women Awards from women who have excelled in various fields. The awards are open to women from all walks of life.
Under women awards, Rs 1.50 lakh and citation will be given for Indira Gandhi Mahila Shakti Award, Rs 1 lakh and citation for Kalpana Chawla Bravery Award, Rs 1 lakh and citation for Sister Shanno Devi Panchayati Raj Award. Rs 51,000 and a citation will be given for the Life Time Achievement Award.
Women who have excelled in their fields will be recognized and honored with a prize of Rs 21,000 in eight different categories, recognizing various outstanding individuals, including ANM, MPHW, and nurses; women athletes; literate women group members; government employees; social workers; women entrepreneurs; Stree Shakti Puraskar recipients; and Anganwadi workers. Each awardee in these categories will receive a prize of Rs 21,000 and a citation to commemorate their achievements.
