LISTENERS AT RKM’ MUSICAL EVENING CAPTIVATED BY MELODIOUS TUNES

A special musical program held last evening at the Rashtriya Kala Mandir, Sriganganagar left the gathering spellbound. The sweet music of the Taal Musical Band and the talented singers' performances swayed the audience. The event was organized to celebrate the New Year and the festival of Lohri.

RKM president Virendra Baid welcomed the gathering after lighting of traditional lamp. The artists and special guests were honored. Then, the singers presented one hit song after another to the melodious tunes of the Taal Musical Band. Riddhima evoked emotions in everyone with the classic song 'Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai', while Anil Singh infused energy into the atmosphere with 'Rutba'.

(SUBHEAD)Yuvraj Sidhu made the audience dance with songs like 'Manzilen Apni Jagah Hain' and later 'Tu Maane Ya Na Maane' and 'Chhalla'. Praveen Goldy presented a blend of romantic and folk music with 'Kisi Nazar Ko Tera Intezar' and 'Charkha'. Jatin Gautam energized everyone to groove with the upbeat song 'Chal Chhaiya Chhaiya', while Harshita won the hearts of the young audience with 'Mahi Ve'. At the end, all the singers came together to sing traditional Lohri bolians, offering a glimpse of Punjabi culture.

Chief Guest Vishnu Purohit and Special Guest Amanpreet Singh Kahlon, President of Lions Club Vishwas, praised the singers' performances wholeheartedly. Rakesh Monga, Secretary RKM, beautifully anchored the program.
