Punjab Government has declared a government holiday in the state on 16th November. A notification has been issued in this regard. Notification said, keeping in mind the martyrdom day of Martyr Kartar Singh Sarabha ji, 16-11-2023 (Thursday) has been declared a government holiday in Punjab. Due to this, gazetted holiday has been declared in government offices, boards, corporations and government educational institutions of the state.
It may add that Martyrdom Day of Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha falls on 16th November.
