The marvellous spree of Punjab players touched a new high in the ongoing Asian Games at Hangzhou (China) with Arjun Singh Cheema today won the Gold medal in the shooting team competition.

Punjab Sports Minister Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer while congratulating the Arjun Singh Cheema, said that the players of Punjab are illuminating the name of the state day by day in the Asian Games. The state is feeling immense proud of its players. After Rowing and Cricket, Punjab players are performing well in Shooting. Punjab players have won 3 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze medals in Asian Games so far.
Arjun Singh Cheema of Mandi Gobindgarh (Fatehgarh Sahib) won the Gold medal in the Men's 10 Mtr Air Pistol team event at the Asian Games today.
