BADLAAV COSTS PUNJAB 100-CRORE DEBT-A-DAY: SUNIL JAKHAR TEARS INTO CM FOR PUSHING PUNJAB TO BRINK OF FINANCIAL EMERGENCY

THANKS GUV PUROHIT FOR ASKING QUESTIONS OF STATE GOVT OVER UTILISATION OF 50,000 CRORE DEBT BURDEN ON PUNJABIS, WARNS AT THIS PACE PUNJAB WILL HAVE MASSIVE RS 1,75,000 CR MORE DEBT IN JUST 5 YEARS OF AAP IN COMPARISON TO 2.82 CR IN 56 YEARS

Punjab BJP President Sunil Jakhar on Sunday tore into Bhagwant Mann regime's mind boggling profligacies which he said have pushed the state on the brink of Financial calamity with addition of Rs. 50,000 Crore more debt in just a year and a half since AAP came to power in March 2022.

In just the last 4 months from April till end July this year, AAP has already taken over 11,718 Crores as loan, Jakhar said in a Facebook live underscoring his fear that if unchecked the present government would have crushed Punjab with another burdensome 1.75 crore of debt in just 5 years of AAP misrule against total debt of 2.82 cr in last 56 years of state's existence.

(SUBHEAD)Reading out the report of the office of Principal Accountant General, the veteran leader, with an incisive grasp of issues concerning Punjab, underscored that out of this 11718 Crores merely 900 crores have been spent constructively, and rest all has gone up in smoke at the whims and fancies of incumbent dispensation.

Citing this Himalayan splurging, Jakhar also urged all Punjabis to ask questions of this regime which “thrives on fake propaganda, advertisements and personal aggrandisement”.
