All India SC Yuvjan Samaj state president Gopichand Sandar has supported the “Reservation Chor Fado Morcha” being staged outside the office of Director Welfare Department, Punjab at Mohali since last April 20.
He said that Prof. Harnek Singh Patiala, Principal Sarbjit Singh, Ranjit Singh, Jasveer Singh Pamali and Gurpreet Singh are fighting against people who were doing jobs on fake SC certificates. He warned that if the government did not cancel the notification of July 15, 2021 at the earliest, then other organisations will also be forced to take tough decisions. The programs given by the Morcha will be made successful.
(SUBHEAD) Sandar said that in some states, including Punjab, general category people are working on higher posts by arranging fake certificates of Scheduled Castes. If such people are not removed from their jobs and given severe punishment, then the “Reservation Chor Fado Morcha” will launch a big struggle. In Punjab, Haryana and other states, about 73 people from the general category are allegedly doing jobs on the basis of certificates as IAS and IRS officers in SC category.
The organization has also informed the Governor of Punjab and the Social Welfare Minister in this regard, but till now the government has been maintaining a studded silence. He said that in order to punish the culprits involved in this forgery, the “Reservation Chor Fado Morcha” Punjab is continuously staging a sit-in in Mohali from April 20, 2023.
