MLA Sandeep Jakhar along with other citizens today paid glorious tributes to legendary revolutionary Shaheed Udham Singh on the eve of his 84th Martyrdom Day. Jakhar said that the nation can never forget the supreme sacrifice of the martyr who avenged the tragic Jallianwala Bagh massacre.
He garlanded the statue of the martyr in the Shaheed Udham Singh Park maintained by the Municipal Corporation and said that his spirit of sacrificing everything for the country will always be a source of inspiration for the patriots.
MC Mayor Vimal Thatai, Mangat Rai Bathla, Yashpal Gagneja, Mohan Lal Thatai, Vinod Sharma, Harinder Bedi, Jagdish Khod, Surinder Kumar, Manak Shah, Anil Siyag, Ashwani Bishnoi, Dr. Mukesh, Akashdeep Arora, Sunny Watts, Amit Singla, Amit Chawria, Sanjay Siyag, Baljit Dhaliwal, Munna, Dharamveer Malkat, Anil Sewta, Prince Chaudhary, Sukhjinder Singh Rajan, William Sarpanch, Lalit Sharma offered flower petals on the statue.
