The Hon’ble court of Sh. Rajneesh Kumar Sharma, ASJ, Chandigarhhad declared Sunita @ Geeta w/o Vinod r/o House No. 724/10, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh proclaimed offended during trial of CaseFIR81Dated 07.04.2016 U/s 20NDPS, Act, PS-26, Chandigarh vide order dated 16.01.2018..
On the directions of W/SSP Ms. Kanwardeep Kaur, IPS and SP City Sh. Mridul, IPS and under the supervision of Ms Palak Goel, SDPO/East, a team was constituted comprising of SHO/PS-26Ms Aishwarya Singh, IPS , SI Satish Kumar, I/C PP B.D.C., L/C SukhjinderKaur 6001/CP,Sr.C Daljeet 1048/CP, Ct. Vineet 4097 and L/C Meena4444/CP.
During the course of investigation, the said case wascracked by arresting accused Sunita @ Geeta w/o Vinod r/o HouseNo. 724/10, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh from R/O #A-59-A,DDAFlat, Shivaji Enclave, Delhi .
