A case FIR No. 51, U/S 17 Societies Registration Act 1860, 61-1-14 Excise Act, 3 prohibitions on sale of cigarette & other tobacco products around Educational Institutions- 2004, 21 NDPS Act, 323, 147, 148, 149, 420 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint of Amandeep Sandhu R/o H.No. 20-B, Garden Villa Homes, Zirakpur SAS Nagar.
(SUBHEAD)The complainted alleged that Manvir Karel partner of Cowboy Club SCO No. 56-58, Sector-9D, Chandigarh and Arush Manager of M/s Cowboy Club, Sector-9, Chandigarh alleged that girl workers of Cowboy Club, Sector-9, Chandigarh stole purse and other articles of complainant by cheating on 07.05.2023. The said club is being run by owner without any permit & license in illegal manner.
They are running Hukkah bar with nicotine and selling liquor without permission and supplying drugs to permission. The employees of said club are extracting money from customers and bouncers of said club threaten if anybody raises voice against them. Investigation of the case is in progress. No arrest has been made so far.
