MRSPTU ORGANISED SESSION ON SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND FRAUD PREVENTION FOR INTERNATIONAL MIGRANTS

Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda in collaboration with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Delhi organised a session on Skill Development and Fraud Prevention for International Migration at university auditorium.

Chief Guest, Sh. Sandeep Singh Kaura Advisor, NSDC shared various programmes and initiatives of the NSDC with the students.

(SUBHEAD)An expert talk was delivered by IRCC, Canada Team, which throws light on the various aspects of safe immigration to Canada and other foreign countries.

Mr. Naresh Sharma Migration Program Manager, IRCC, Chandigarh shared his valuable views on the fraud prevention for International migrants.

A detailed presentation on fraud prevention was presented by Ms. Amrinder Chhabra, Outreach Analyst – IRCC, Chandigarh on the occasion. Mr. Rajat Bhatnagar from NSDC also spoke on various initiatives and opportunities under NSDC schemes.MRSPTU, Vice Chancellor Prof. Buta Singh Sidhu welcomed the guests and appreciated the organising team for arranging such a relevant knowledgeable programme.

Registrar Dr. Gurinder Pal Singh Brar presented a vote of thanks. MRSPTU Coordinator Skill Development, Er. Yadwinder Pal Sharma led team worked very hard for the succes of the programme. Assistant Professor Dr. Shweta Rani anchored the stage very well. The event was attended by more than 300 students, faculty and staff members of the university.
