Abohar based Meera Group of Colleges Managing Director Dr Sameer Mittal was honoured at the International Edupreneurs Summit organized in Dubai by Apna Punjab Foundation in collaboration with NID etc. About 150 educationists from India, Canada, Australia, America and Dubai participated in the function, most of them were from India.
(MOREPIC1) The NID Foundation honored 29 Edupreneurs with the 'Global Prestige Award' for their services in the field of education and conferred 'Award of Honor' to 53 Educators for their outstanding participation in the Education Summit. HH Sheikh Sultan Bin Rashed Bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi, a member of the Royal family, Jitendra Vaidya, President Indian People's Forum and Surinder Singh Kandhari Chairman Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara felicitated Abohar resident Dr Sameer Mittal by presenting a memento in recognition of 24-year-long services of Meera Group in nursing education.
Chief Patron of NID Foundation, Satnam Singh Sandhu was especially present. Dr. Jagjit Singh Dhuri was the keynote speaker. The delegates held discussions on the education being given in the 21st century. It was decided that the educational road map prepared here should be implemented in the educational institutions of Punjab as well.
