STUDENTS HONORED FOR EXCELLENCE IN BOARD EXAMS

Mayor Vimal Thatai and other councillors honored the students of Ward No. 32 in Nai Abadi who brought laurels by securing more than 90 percent marks in the Punjab School Education Board examinations.

(MOREPIC1) The students who received the honour included Tisha, Bhawna, Hema, Kartik, Angel Khirbat, Harshita, Syra, Anshika, Anjali, Nirwan, Kashish, Cheshta, Seejal, Abhinav, Garima, Vikas, Tanvi, Usha and Palak.

Mayor Thatai said that by organising the program on the first death anniversary of his mother Bimla Devi, councillor Narinder Verma has taken an inspirational and highly commendable step. This has not only brought respect to the students, their families and teachers, but will also motivate the new generation to study diligently instead of sticking to mobile phone games.
