DPRO Bhupinder Singh Brar today planted a sapling in the DC office complex in the presence of District Manager Seva Kendra Gagandeep Singh, Manish Thakral and other staff.
(MOREPIC1) Brar Said, “We have been hearing about the importance of trees since ages, we are also well aware of its benefits. Plants take the form of trees, along with human clothing, they play an important role in the life of every class. Trees play an important role in maintaining a disease-free environment. By planting saplings, the area looks green, weather also remains pleasant and gives relief from excessive heat.”
He said that plants/trees play an important role in providing pure oxygen to the human being, they are also helpful for animals and livestock. “We enjoy shade by sitting under the trees, they also provide us with fruits/flowers. Every person should plant a sapling and take care of the same like a child and nurture it until it grows up. The plants do not ask anything more from us and give us many benefits without selfishness, he added.
