The Central Communication Bureau (CBC), under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, has organized a grand multimedia exhibition at Swadeshi Mahotsav 2025 to showcase key public welfare schemes and the major achievements of the Central Government over the last 11 years. The exhibition is being held at the Parade Ground, Sector-5, Panchkula.

The primary objective of the exhibition is to disseminate comprehensive and authentic information about various flagship schemes of the Government of India and to create awareness about their benefits, eligibility criteria, and application processes. Designed around the theme “Amrit Kaal of a Developed India – 11 Years of Service, Good Governance and Welfare for the Poor,” the exhibition presents the government’s journey through informative panels, digital displays, LED screens, short films, and audio-visual presentations.

Major initiatives such as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, PM-KISAN, Swachh Bharat Mission, Jal Jeevan Mission, and Digital India are being showcased in a simple, engaging, and citizen-friendly manner. The exhibition highlights the tangible impact of these schemes on people’s lives and reflects the government’s commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.

To ensure active public participation, CBC has also organized a range of awareness activities, including painting competitions, quiz contests, and street plays. These activities are drawing enthusiastic participation from children, youth, and families, making the exhibition both informative and interactive.

Speaking on the occasion, the Programme Officer Mr. Deepak Dahiya, Central Communication Bureau, Chandigarh, stated that the exhibition has been receiving an encouraging response from visitors and has become a major attraction of Swadeshi Mahotsav 2025. He added that the initiative plays an important role in strengthening communication between the government and citizens by bringing policies and achievements closer to the people.

The exhibition remains open daily for visitors until December 23, 2025, offering a meaningful and enriching experience to all attendees.
