3 DAYS PUNJAB STATE WOMEN GATKA TOURNAMENT FROM 2 DEC AT KOTKAPURA

Gatka Association Punjab under the aegis of National Gatka Association of India (NGAI), is organizing Punjab state Gatka (Women) Championship from December 2 to December 4 at Baba Farid College of Nursing, Kotkapura, Faridkot district.

(SUBHEAD)Giving this information Harbir Singh Duggal and Talwinder Singh Ferozepur, president and general secretary of Gatka Association Punjab respectively informed that this Gatka competition would be held for Sub-junior, Junior and Senior age groups in association with District Gatka Association (DGA) Faridkot under 14, U-17, U-19, U-22, U-25 age groups and teams from all districts would participate.

Meanwhile DGA Faridkot chief patron Kultar Singh Brar and president Dr Manjit Singh Dhillon informed that each team has to bring their own Gatka kit to take part in the event.

He further informed that the winners of this state tournament would get a chance to participate in the 10th National Gatka (Girls) championship being organised by the NGAI at Jharkhand in December this.
