Insp. Narinder Patial I/C DCC received a secret information that a person namely Tushar Aggarwal S/o Lt. Sh. Jagtvir Aggarwal R/o # 2993/1, Sec-41/A Chandigarh running a Shop of Aggarwal car planet in Booth No. 189, Sec-38 west is preparing fake High security registration number plates. He is making loss to Govt of India and earning huge amount by committing so.
On this information he constituted police party of SI Kuldeep Singh No.1058/CHG along with two constables. He raided on the booth and seized various fake number plates of different vehicles of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh States. He also seized Computer, CPU, Keyboard, punching machine, plotter, rabbit machine etc.
Case FIR No. 74, Dt.06.07.2022, U/s 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya Chd and the accused has been arrested.
Today on 07.07.2022 the accused produced before Hon’ble court and he has been taken on police remand for two days for further investigation.
WHEN RAIDED ON THE BOOTH AND SEIZED VARIOUS FAKE NUMBER PLATES OF DIFFERENT VEHICLES OF PUNJAB, HARYANA AND CHANDIGARH STATES. HE ALSO SEIZED COMPUTER, CPU, KEYBOARD, PUNCHING MACHINE, PLOTTER, RABBIT MACHINE ETC.
