MAN WHO BOUGHT 'CHANNI FAME BAKRI' IN TROUBLE, COURT ORDER TO ARREST HIM FOR NON PAYMENT OF BORROWED MONEY

A man who boght Channi Fame Bakri in trouble now as Mohali Court ordered to arrest the Driver Paramjit Singh of Chamkaur Sahib.

Paramjit who came into the limelight after buying a goat from which Former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi was taking milk.

Later Paramjit Singh bought the famous goat  for Rs. 21 thousands from Bhadaur and brought it to his house at Chamkaur Sahib.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Harpreet Kaur recently declared Paramjit Singh a fugitive in a case and directed the Chamkaur Sahib police chief to form a special police party to arrest the accused and produce him in court.

Complainant Baljinder Singh stated that Paramjit Singh who has been working as an ambulance driver in Government Hospital, Chamkaur Sahib and is currently posted in Civil Hospital, Kharar, had borrowed Rs 1.5 lacs, but refused to return.

After some appearanced before the learned court Paramjit Singh returned Rs 90,000 in the presence of the court but the remaining amount was still outstanding. The court had repeatedly issued summons to Paramjit Singh to appear but he did not appear in the court due to which the court on May 30 declared Paramjit Singh Proclaimed offender and directed the police to arrest him.
