INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA: ACHARYA MANISH CONDUCTS YOGA SESSION

OVER 100 PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN YOGA SESSION, THE EVENT WAS ORGANIZED IN ASSOCIATION WITH CHANDIGARH TOURISM, MAKE YOGA A WAY OF LIFE: ACHARYA MANISH

Over 100 people from different walks of life participated in a yoga session organized on the occasion of International Day of Yoga at Hotel Lalit, IT Park here . Noted Yoga expert and renowned Ayurveda and Meditation Guru – Acharya Manish conducted the yoga session. 

Acharya Manish said that Yoga and Ayurveda had the ability to reverse even liver and kidney failure cases and fight against all types of serious illnesses including cancer. “Yoga is the key to leading a sustainable life free from diseases. One must make Yoga a way of life,” said Acharya Manish, who also shared tips with the participants to stay fit and fine by adopting a healthy lifestyle and food habits.

The Yoga session was organized in association with Chandigarh Tourism and Chandigarh Administration. The session went on for 75 minutes during which Acharya Manish explained the benefits of different Asanas and Pranayama.
