ITA Airways prevented passengers from boarding the plane, committed fraud with passengers coming from Toronto to Delhi despite issuing boarding pass.
It is alleged that Simarpreet Singh Veer and his wife Smt. Gagandeep Kaur and my one year old daughter Harnidh Kaur, got tickets from Toronto to Delhi for ITA Airways flight on 24/09/2025 and planned to come from Toronto to Delhi on 13th October.
He said, they eached the airport in time. ITA Airways also gave us boarding pass but When they started to board the flight. The concerned asked them not to allowed saying that there was not mask for a small child. Due to which you cannot board this plane, we kept pleading with the staff for a long time but they returned luggage.
Simarpreet Singh said, when we contacted our agent who had issued the tickets and contacted the Airlines through e-mails, but there was no response, The agent called and e-mailed the airline continuously for 4-5 days.
On 18 October airline again issued the ticket but did not issued the ticket for Simarpreet Singh. When pleaded the ticket was issued costly ticket. He said, we were mentally and financally harrased,
Simarpreet Singh said, now will file the case against the concerned Air lines in appropriate court with evidence.
