The Model Town police station arrested the school principal and the van driver in the case of tying up a 7-year-old second class boy and hanging him upside down on the window in a private school located on Jatal Road. The accused have been identified as van driver Ajay and principal Reena. The police arrested accused Ajay on Sunday late evening and accused Reena on Monday morning.
It may be recalled that a woman resident of Mukhija Colony in Police Station Model Town had told the police that she has two children. The elder son is 7 years old and studies in the second standard at Srijan Public School, Jatal Road. A van has been arranged for my son to go to school. The driver of the van used to torture Ajay, a resident of the refinery, keeping a grudge against his son.
He complained about this to the school principal Reena. The principal did not take any action against the van driver Ajay. The son lived in fear. On September 27, he came to know that he misbehaves with his son in school and brutally assaults him. He saw a video on the Instagram ID on the phone in which both the legs of the son were tied and hung upside down in the school room.
Seeing this, she was very scared. Then he took a screenshot of it from his phone and sent it to the school principal. Principal Reena did not listen to him. On the complaint of the woman in the police station Model Town, the police started investigating the case and arresting under Section 115(2), 127(2), 351(2) and JJ Act of BNS.
