25 PB BATTALION NCC ORGANISES BLOOD DONATION CAMP

The SD/SW cadets and staff of the 25 Punjab Battalion NCC organized a Blood Donation Camp in Abohar on the occasion of Independence Day under the guidance and inspiration of Colonel Rajeev Sirohi, Commanding Officer of the Battalion. 

The event was organised in collaboration with Manav Kalyan Blood Centre, Major Surender Hospital, Abohar. Medical professionals were present to guide donors through the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. 

The NCC cadets and staff actively promoted the event, raising awareness about the importance of blood donation and its impact on society. Five PI staff and 30 cadets donated blood. The cadets were issued recognition certificates for this initiative, which reflected the core values of the National Cadet Corps—discipline, leadership, and service to the nation. 

Those present include Ex District Chief Medical Officer Dr. D. P. Godara, Manav Kalyan Blood Bank Incharge Ravinder Dharnia, Sr JCO Sub Sundeep Kumar, Sub Manjeet Singh, Sub Bhanwar Singh, Sub Rajveer Singh, ESM Sub Mangal Singh, CHM Satpal Singh and Rajeev Godara.
