Students of this border district have created history in the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) Class 10th examinations by delivering an exceptional performance and securing the second position across Punjab in terms of overall pass percentage. The remarkable achievement has brought pride and celebrations among students, teachers and parents across the district.

According to the results declared by the PSEB today, a total of 9334 students from this district had appeared in the Class 10 board examinations, out of which 9184 students successfully passed. The district recorded an impressive overall pass percentage of 98.39 percent, reflecting the consistent efforts of students and teachers in the education sector.

Adding further glory to the district, 12 meritorious students from Ferozepur secured positions in the PSEB merit list, bringing laurels not only to their schools and families but also to the entire district. The achievement is being seen as an inspiring example for other students.

District Education Officer (Secondary) Munila Arora and Deputy District Education Officer Dr. Satinder Singh, a National Awardee, congratulated the students, parents, teachers and school heads on the outstanding results. They said the achievement was the outcome of collective hard work, dedication and commitment shown by both teachers and students throughout the academic session.

They further stated that the continuous efforts being made by the Punjab government and the education department to provide quality education in government schools were now clearly visible in the results. They said modern teaching methods, regular academic activities and continuous monitoring by teachers had helped strengthen the competitive spirit among students.

Expressing confidence over future performances, the education officials said Ferozepur district would continue to achieve new milestones in the field of education and students would keep setting new records through hard work and determination. They added that these results would serve as a source of motivation for other students as well.
