A Case FIR No 103 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 36 Chandigarh on the complaint of ASI Ashok Kumar against Hotel owner Ramu R/o # 1555/B EWS Colony Dhanas Chandigarh. Upon checking Hotel purple view plot no 169 Village Kajheri in the entry register he found that one lady is residing in the above hotel but there is no entry of the said lady in the hotel register as well as no id proof of this lady is taken by the hotel owner. Investigation of this case is in progress.
In another case FIR No 104 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 36 Chandigarh on the complaint of SI Satish Kumar against Hotel Manager Parveen and owner Kapil of Hotel Boom Shankar regency Village Kajheri Sector 52 Chandigarh. Upon checking the hotel registered the entry was found to be incorrect. Although there was an entry for room no 101 the was found to be vacant upon inspection. Upon inspection no fire safety system was found installed in the hotel. The fact that there is only a single entry and exit gate poses a risk to the lives and property of the people. Investigation of this case is in progress.
